Registration Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee is transferable (within the same registration category) until 60 days of the conference start date.

Transfers will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing by email.

60 days or more before the event starts: Eligible for full refund with less a EUR 50,00 administration fee.

60-45 days before the event starts: Eligible for 50% of refund.

Within 45 days of conference: Not entitled for any refund
